I changed my smartphone, and now I don't have access to Google Authenticator. Please remove 2FA, so I could log in to my account(voroninnt@list.ru)

  • Good luck mate ... same problem with 3 months now and still not fixed ... Hitbtc is a scam !
  • my phone broke about 7 weeks ago. The back up codes were also on that phone, which wasn't smart on my part. I contacted HitBTC to remove my 2fa then and sent the pictures in, which weren't good enough, so i sent more. They remained in semi contact with me until 3 weeks ago. and I have been unable to reestablish contact. I think I may have been had. ticket #228428
