Ticket ID: 27503 Problem in wallet

I have an open ticket since 2017-09-09 17:38, and so far I do not have a solution. The deadline sent by you is 48 hours, already 1 MONTH ago, that my ticket was opened. Waiting for an answer, I can not take this delay any longer.
