Wrong balance

I have transferred ETH and BTC to my account. As I can see transaction is finished, but I don't see any coins on my account. Do you have some technical issue? As I see from logs they are some Server error (500) on account/balance/main endpoint.


  • So do I. There must be some errors on account page.
  • Just to clarify. At first, I saw my coins, but now I see zero balance.
  • Think Hitbtc has some kind of tech problem...I had deposit ZRX like an hour ago and have not received anything yet (checked and all confirmed on the transaction)
